Cyprotex is a specialist provider of experimental and computational ADME services to support ADME/toxicity and pharmacokinetics assessment for drug discovery partners. Our core capabilities include Cloe® Screen in vitro ADME screening assays, and Cloe® PK - a pharmacokinetic prediction system which integrates core ADME and physicochemical compound data to predict compound levels in plasma and major organs in the body. This unique combination of technologies is aimed at improving pharmaceutical productivity by improving the quality of compound libraries and drug candidates progressing through the drug pipeline.
