The Company aims to publish its half yearly Interim Results in August and Annual Report in March.
Cyprotex Fiscal year is 1st January to 31st December.

What happens if a Shareholder dies?

What is ADME Testing?
ADME stands for Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Excretion. The objective of ADME testing is to measure what happens to a compound in the human physiology.
What products does Cyprotex sell?
Cyprotex has expertise in (1) the delivery of automated In vitro ADME assays with high throughput capability (2) the delivery of later stage data for potential drugs in the preclinical development phase (3) leading edge in silico QSAR and PBPK modelling capability with capacity to handle libaries of compounds based on molecular structure and other basic physical characteristics.

Cyprotex fully understands the importance of IP to its customers and potential customers and generally signs a Confidentiality / Non Disclosure Agreement with clients; Cyprotex has its own suite of suitable Agreements.
