Image text - Welcome to cyprotex

Cyprotex is a specialist provider of technology and information to evaluate and optimize the Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Elimination (ADME), toxicity and pharmacokinetic properties of potential drugs from early discovery projects through to IND submissions.

Cyprotex provides high quality ADME and pharmacokinetic screening with our Cloe® Screen and Cloe® Select products. We also have extensive expertise in predictive modelling within our Cloe® Predict service. Our proprietary software, Cloe® PK, uses PB-PK modelling to integrate physicochemical and ADME parameters to predict the pharmacokinetics of a compound. Within Cloe® Predict, Cyprotex also has developed a unique software infrastructure known as the Discovery Bus which improves efficiency of the drug discovery process using auto QSAR and intelligent workflow technology.

Our focus on laboratory automation allows us to provide rapid, consistent data of exceptional quality for a full range of in vitro ADME screens, including Caco-2 permeability, PAMPA, MDR1-MDCK permeability, cytochrome P450 inhibition , metabolic stability and hERG automated patch clamp.
