Cyprotex announces the outcome of its Annual General Meeting and General Meeting

Cyprotex (AIM: CRX) announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 14th July 2008, other than Resolution 7 which was not carried, all Resolutions proposed were duly passed and the financial statements were approved.

A General Meeting was convened to immediately follow the closing of the Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 14th July 2008. All Resolutions of the General Meeting were duly passed.
