The Company was informed on 5 March 2009 that Mr Richard Sneller, following the acquisition of 100,000 ordinary shares in Cyprotex, had a beneficial interest of 5,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
