September 18, 2009 - Director's Dealing

The Company received notification that Dr Anthony Baxter, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 121,400 ordinary shares in the Company on 18 September 2009 at a price of 4.45 pence per share. As a result of this purchase, Dr Baxter has an interest in 721,400 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.40 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
