- Cyprotex is a UK incorporated entity whose main operations
are based in the UK and its shares trade on the AIM platform of
the LSE.
- The number of Cyprotex Securities in issue, as at 31st December
2007, is 138,647,988 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. None of those
shares are held in Treasury and all shares, excluding those held
by directors, Bank of Scotland and Intercapital Private Group
Ltd (which represent 36.8% of the issued share capital of the
company) are in public hands (as defined by the AIM rules).
- There are no restrictions on the transfer of Cyprotex shares.
- As of 28th March 2008, the following held shareholdings in excess
of 3%:
- Bank of Scotland (28,645,546 - 20.67%)
- Intercapital Private Group Ltd (21,024,465 - 15.17%)
- D. Leahy (10,419,100 - 7.52%)
- R. Long (7,200,00 - 5.20%)
- Artemis Fund Managers (4,470,000 - 3.23%)
- BNP Paribas (4,222,000 - 3.05%)
- As of 28th March 2008, the directorate shareholdings were:
