Cyprotex PLC ("Cyprotex" or the "Company")

End of bid discussions

The Board of Cyprotex announced on 2 March 2010 that it had received an unsolicited approach regarding a potential offer for the Company. The Board has rejected this approach and discussions are at an end.

This announcement has been made with the agreement of the other party.

For the purposes of the Takeover Code, the Company is no longer in an Offer Period.
