Published Articles
Two articles have recently been accepted for publication, both authored by our Scientific Computing Group at Cyprotex.
A paper entitled ‘Physiologically-based Simulation Modelling for the Reduction of Animal
Use in the Discovery of Novel Pharmaceuticals’ has been published in the peer reviewed journal, ATLA (Thomas S. 2009; Volume 37(5): 497-511).
A second article has been accepted for publication in early 2010 in the review journal, Current Opinion in
Drug Discovery and Development, Volume 13(1):104-110. The paper is authored by Metcalf and Thomas and is entitled ‘Challenges in the Prediction and Modelling of Oral Absorption and
Bioavailability’.
