Partners can gain access to Cloe® PK pharmacokinetic predictions in order to rank compounds by their rate of metabolic clearance or absorption in the body, or by other pharmacokinetic parameters. Further understanding of the pharmacokinetic drivers for each compound can be obtained through simple sensitivity analyses.

These capabilities can help enormously towards making better decisions from ADME data during early lead discovery.

Several options exist for gaining access to these capabilities:

• Install Cloe® PK at your facilities. Cloe® PK runs on a Linux server and users gain access via a web interface behind their firewall.
• Cloe® Screen/PK packages. Partners work with Cyprotex to obtain both in vitro ADME and Cloe® PK predictions for their compounds.

By obtaining both in vitro ADME screening data together with the results from Cloe® PK pharmacokinetic predictions, Partners gain a better understanding of the pharmacokinetic potential of their compounds.
