in vitro ADME screening with Cyprotex

Whether our partners decide to work with us on a regular schedule or on ad-hoc work, they will be taken care of by a single ADMET-trained Project Manager who will oversee the project from start to finish.

Our highly trained Project Managers highlight issues with the experiments and are on hand to provide advice and to discuss the data with anyone from our partners' teams.

For most routine Cloe®Screen assays, typical requirements are:

  • 10mM DMSO solution supplied in deep-well plates
  • Empirical formula or accurate molecular weight of the test compound
  • A compound identifier

Cloe® Screen Data and Turnaround Time

For our routine assays, our partners receive an Excel spreadsheet containing data for each compound. Interpretation notes against each compound are included.

The majority of our Cloe® Screen in vitro ADME assays return data within 10 working days from an agreed scheduled start date. More tailored, low throughput assay data is typically returned within 15 working days.

Cloe® technologies to provide bespoke ADMET services and pharmacokinetic prediction for our Partners’ drug discovery projects.
