Evotec SE (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: EVT, ISIN: DE0005664809; NASDAQ: EVO) will resume its dual listing in the German stock indices MDAX and TecDAX, following the quarterly index review of the DAX index family through Qontigo, the index operator of Deutsche Börse. The changes were announced by Qontigo after market close on 05 June and will become effective on 19 June 2023. 

A criminal cyber-attack on the Company caused a slight delay in the publication of Evotec’s annual report for the fiscal year 2022. With the publication of both the audited annual report for 2022 and the Quarterly Statement Q1 2023 on 12 May, Evotec has fulfilled the reporting obligations and will re-join the relevant indices as anticipated.
